By using the Extra El Ezz website or completing any purchase, you agree to the following terms and conditions in full. Please read them carefully.

1. Website & Products

  1. All products listed on the website are subject to actual stock availability.
  2. We reserve the right to modify product prices at any time without prior notice.
  3. Images displayed are for illustrative purposes only; colors may slightly vary depending on screen settings.
  4. If a product is out of stock after your order is confirmed, we will contact you immediately to find an alternative or issue a full refund.
  5. Website content (images, text, logo) may not be used without prior written permission from the company.

2. Orders & Payment

  1. An order is considered confirmed only after full payment is completed and a confirmation message is received.
  2. All prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
  3. We reserve the right to reject any order in case of incorrect data or payment issues.
  4. Cash-on-delivery orders that are refused upon arrival will be automatically cancelled.
  5. Partial payments are not permitted unless approved in writing by company management.

3. Customer Obligations

  1. Customers must provide accurate and correct information when creating an account or placing an order.
  2. Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and password.
  3. Using the website for any unlawful purpose or activity violating Egyptian law is strictly prohibited.
  4. Reselling products purchased under the Extra El Ezz name without an official distribution agreement is prohibited.
  5. In the event of website misuse, we reserve the right to suspend or cancel the account immediately.

4. General Provisions

  1. These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
  2. Any disputes arising shall be resolved before the competent Egyptian courts in Cairo.
  3. We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time, with notice published on the website.
  4. Continued use of the website after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
  5. If any provision of these terms is found invalid, all remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.
