Full Shipping Policy

1. We ship to all governorates across the Arab Republic of Egypt without exception.
2. Delivery times are calculated from the order confirmation date, not the order placement date.
3. Shipping costs are calculated based on product weight and geographic region, and are clearly displayed before checkout.
4. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a message with a tracking number to monitor your shipment at any time.
5. Please inspect the product upon delivery before signing. If there is visible damage, do not sign and contact us immediately.
6. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the shipping company will contact you to reschedule.
7. Large or heavy items may require special shipping arrangements — we will contact you in advance.
8. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as breakdowns or severe weather.
9. On official public holidays, delivery may be delayed by one or two additional business days.
10. Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed the following business day.
11. Express shipping is available for certain areas at an additional cost — contact us for more information.
12. In the event of a lost shipment, we take full responsibility and will either resend the product or issue a full refund.
13. All products are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition without any damage during transit.
