1. Return & Exchange Conditions
- You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
- The product must be in its original condition — unused and uninstalled.
- The original packaging must be intact and undamaged.
- The original invoice or purchase receipt must be provided with the return request.
- Returns will not be accepted if the damage is caused by misuse or negligence.
- You must notify us by phone before sending the product back.
- Returned products will be inspected within 2–3 business days of receipt.
- Upon approval, the refund will be issued within 5–7 business days using the original payment method.
2. Accepted Return Cases ✅
- The product arrived damaged or defective due to a manufacturing fault.
- The product does not match the specifications or dimensions listed on the website.
- A completely different product was sent from what was ordered.
- The product stopped working within the warranty period due to a manufacturing defect.
- The product arrived in a color significantly different from what was shown on the website.
3. Non-Accepted Return Cases ❌
- Products that have been installed or used even once.
- Packaging that has been damaged or lost by the customer.
- Custom or made-to-order products.
- Change of mind without a product defect after 14 days have passed.
- Damage caused by incorrect installation or failure to follow installation instructions.
- Products purchased during special sale events (unless they have a manufacturing defect).
- Damage caused by external factors such as humidity or excessive heat after delivery.
