1. Return & Exchange Conditions

  1. You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. The product must be in its original condition — unused and uninstalled.
  3. The original packaging must be intact and undamaged.
  4. The original invoice or purchase receipt must be provided with the return request.
  5. Returns will not be accepted if the damage is caused by misuse or negligence.
  6. You must notify us by phone before sending the product back.
  7. Returned products will be inspected within 2–3 business days of receipt.
  8. Upon approval, the refund will be issued within 5–7 business days using the original payment method.

2. Accepted Return Cases ✅

  1. The product arrived damaged or defective due to a manufacturing fault.
  2. The product does not match the specifications or dimensions listed on the website.
  3. A completely different product was sent from what was ordered.
  4. The product stopped working within the warranty period due to a manufacturing defect.
  5. The product arrived in a color significantly different from what was shown on the website.

3. Non-Accepted Return Cases ❌

  1. Products that have been installed or used even once.
  2. Packaging that has been damaged or lost by the customer.
  3. Custom or made-to-order products.
  4. Change of mind without a product defect after 14 days have passed.
  5. Damage caused by incorrect installation or failure to follow installation instructions.
  6. Products purchased during special sale events (unless they have a manufacturing defect).
  7. Damage caused by external factors such as humidity or excessive heat after delivery.
