14-Day Return & Exchange

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange any item within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging, all accessories and manuals are included, and you have proof of purchase.

3-Year Warranty

All products come with a 3-year manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty does not cover physical damage from misuse, damage from incorrect installation, or normal wear and tear.

How to Return

1. Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number
2. We will arrange pickup or guide you on drop-off
3. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving the item

• Cash on Delivery orders: refunded via bank transfer or store credit
