Orders

• Orders are confirmed once payment is received or Cash on Delivery is selected.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability or pricing errors, with a full refund issued immediately.

Delivery

• Same-day delivery via inDrive is subject to driver availability and order cutoff time.
• Bosta delivery timelines are 3–5 business days and may vary during peak seasons or public holidays.
